A Dabble into Dibble
Foreign allies or foreign enemies?
I found Elizabeth Dibble while exploring how Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) intelligence could have been transferred via “unofficial” channels to support the fake Trump-Russian collusion story, and what on earth Australian Diplomat, Alexander Downer’s involvement was, as part of the insane frame-up of then Trump-aide, George Papadopoulos. Exploring these connections, revealed a far more significant web of influence.
In this article I will focus more on the role of foreign diplomats in framing-up this false ‘Russia collusion’ narrative in 2016, as it really was quite the international operation.

However, today we have learned damning evidence about the CIA’s role in targeting specific Trump associates, showing that Downer’s “story” AND the story about the “incidental” collection of information pointing to Russian collusion was all bullshit. It was all designed to create an international story that sounded so plausible that it would conceal what the CIA were really doing off in the shadows. You can read this incredible research below:
This is not to say foreign governments were not involved; they absolutely were. However, I wish to expose the incredible lengths the CIA, foreign nations and the media went to in order to create such a compelling fake story!
It is also my assertion that all these senior diplomats and operators KNEW it was fake. They all knew the threat that Trump was to their globalist agenda, and they participated in what is tantamount to a silent coup. I will show that their business connections and relationships were so intertwined with “big money” that they almost certainly coordinated this entire hit on an incoming President of the United States, in cahoots with the international spy community.
I will not focus so much on the actual truth emerging in this breaking story, as it speaks for itself, and others have done a brilliant job of exposing this over the years. Dan has been a leader in tirelessly exposing this story, and today corroborated everything he’s written and talked about for years. I’m sure that Dan shed a tear when all this new information emerged today. His show also provide a few highlights from the above article by Shellenberger, Taibbi and Gutentag.
In honoring their research into the “truth” of this earth-shaking scandal, this article intends to focus on the “lie”. These international efforts to deceive the entire world represent an earth-shaking story in its own right!
In this vein, I will look to recent history, so we can better see what is currently taking place. Back in March 2017, President Trump was already calling out the UK:
At the time, Wall Street Journal columnist and investigative reporter Kimberley Strassel exposed a bit more detail about this “unofficial” back channel. The back channel she named was "Elizabeth Dibble", who had a notable connection to an Australian diplomat at the time:

Back in 2016-17, Devin Nunes said that intelligence had come from “unofficial” sources, rather than usual FISA channels. This showed the story that he had been told, which he reported to the media.
This generally matches comments by then Australian Ambassador Joe Hockey, who said that Downer’s involvement had put massive pressure on the agencies and relations between Australia and the US:

What infrastructure must exist for this to happen?
Is it all just intelligence or could it also be achieved through deep “relationships”?
How are these names not on the “wash, rinse and repeat” cycle in the mainstream media?
These questions compelled us to ask, how connected is Liz Dibble to the ‘shadow government’ we talk of?

Using Trump campaign advisor, George Papadopoulos as a means to justify the investigation is now well established. The fact that the Steele dossier that supported it was funded by the DNC and completely fabricated, is also now well-established. It has been thoroughly discredited a while back. Many who knew this understood that something was “off” but more still needed to emerge.
What is now emerging is that Diplomat, Liz Dibble was also playing a lead role for the State Department in building capacity around this story.
Before looking at her connection with Australia’s Alexander Downer, it is worth asking a broader question. What influence and favor does Elizabeth Dibble have in the US State Department and geo-politically?
Well, it turns out that Dibble may have also had a role in the Benghazi scandal in Libya. It seems that she was responsible for security and yet escaped any disciplinary action.

My ‘dabble’ into Dibble was revealing a vast, and highly connected network. Her husband, Philo, was a Foreign Service officer and an expert on Iran. Indeed, the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs described Philo Dibble as “integral to every part of U.S. Iran policy”.
Intriguingly, Mr. Dibble even came out of retirement to join Obama and HRC at the State Department in 2010:
We can observe that Elizabeth Dibble was clearly in-favor with the British Crown and that her husband was in-favor with the corrupt Obama administration.

These articles begin to illuminate the nature of relationships between allied nations and respective intelligence services. This is critical to understanding the personal relationships that would result over years of interaction. The depth of these connections provided the foundation for this story being peddled by Downer.
Christopher Steele’s involvement clearly showed the incredibly close nature of intelligence-sharing between the U.S. and the U.K. Indeed, former head of the CIA’s Central Eurasia Division boasted on the closeness of the relationship between Intelligence Agencies:

These articles also shed light on the personal nature of relationships between allies and the seamless involvement of large corporations in government affairs.
Sir Kim Darroch, who vouched for Christopher Steele's credibility with the US Department of State, sits on the Board of "British American Business" with Ratan Tata. Ratan Tata is on the Advisory Board at Holdingham Group, which controls Hakluyt (we will come back to this).
Sir Kim Darroch was David Cameron’s ‘National Security Advisor’ and was also "socializing" with Hakluyt staff, after resigning his role in Sept 2015. Numerous members of Hakluyt staff are noted as being “former senior government advisors”.
The former head of the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), Sir Iain Lobban took on a Board role at Hakluyt in 2015. For context, GCHQ gathers signals intelligence and information assurance to the UK government.
The historic origins of FVEYs ensure that the U.K./U.S. alliance still remains central in this story.
Alexander Downer also served on the Board of Hakluyt from 2008 until May 2014:
On 28 Jan 2016, Sir Kim Darroch was appointed UK Ambassador to US. Do you think this timing just a bit too coincidental? Don’t worry - it gets even weirder. Australia’s High Commissioner to the UK during this entire 2016 fiasco was… Alexander Downer.
Hakluyt’s entire network and international penetration should be interrogated by an independent tribunal. All of these coincidences deserve a Royal Commission, at the very least:
The above article shows Hakluyt’s links to GCHQ and MI6, but also Henry Kissinger, Shell, Enron, BP, European Defense, US Ambassadors to India and a good portion of the Australian government.
The Deep State web is vast, and they were all deployed to cover for the CIA.
The Hakluyt Board and International Advisory Board showcases their connections to Government Intelligence Agencies, such as GCHQ in UK and the NSA in the US.
Hakluyt has links to the largest corporations, world-wide, but retains a strong focus on the UK/US relationship.
So why send an Australian Diplomat to meet George Papadopoulos?
Downer's father Alec, was a Knight and the Godfather of Charles Spencer (brother of Princess Diana). Guess who the Godmother was? The recently-deceased Queen of England! That is some family connection!
Loyal to the Crown, Downer had a public profile of sufficient-size to meaningfully activate the 'unofficial' UK back channel, thereby bolstering the false Trump-Russia narrative. He also provided the credibility, authority and the history. Downer’s involvement would certainly command the news cycle, and history shows, that it absolutely did.
Let's focus back on Elizabeth Dibble. She joined the US State Department in 2004 as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the ‘Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs’ and was a member of the Senior Foreign Service.
Dibble had many Directorates at the State Department who, in 2008, signed a deal for the new US Embassy in London. Her roles included finance and economic development and a deployment to London. She knew everything:
In her various senior roles, Liz would work with then US Ambassador to the UK, Louis Susman. Susman is also on the Hakluyt International Advisory Board, with Ratan Tata. Recall that Tata is on the Board at Carnegie Endowment, where Liz Dibble is/ was the Chief Operating Officer.
So, in 2016 we had:
Alexander Downer – AUS High Commissioner to UK (former Hakluyt)
Loius Susman – Hakluyt (former US Ambassador to UK)
Iain Lobban – Hakluyt (former GCHQ in UK)
Kim Darroch - UK Ambassador to US
Liz Dibble – Dep. Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in UK
Recall earlier that Kim Darroch had a relationship with Ratan Tata, who was on the Advisory Board at Holdingham Group. They sit above Hakluyt:

Holdingham Group now does business as Hakluyt, with the overarching entity now known as Hakluyt International Advisory Board, and Tata still sits on the Board, as do some of the biggest banking power-brokers on earth!
What now emerges into public view, is a vast network of high ranking Govt officials, bankers, Ambassadors, lawyers, surveillance officers & former politicians. Their vehicles are Advisory Boards, business networks and charitable foundations (NGOs). All hell had been deployed against Donald Trump.
Kim Darroch’s role in all of this may have been why Trump responded to his leaked emails about Trump’s “inept administration”:

Alexander Downer had worked with all these people while at Hakluyt AND while he was Australian High Commissioner to the UK. Dibble’s connections to Hakluyt and the Obama Administration was vast.
The incredible nature of these connections, supports Kimberly Strassel’s long-ago assertion that Downer was the one who sent false intelligence via Elizabeth Dibble.
What may have been the motivation for Downer to make the approach to Papadopoulos?
Because this coup needed the ‘big brass’ in the Shadow Government to ensure that it happened. It needed big players who were trusted officials to give it the impressive scale required to win in “the court of public opinion”.
Following a Freedom of Information request it was revealed that the Australian Government sat on the information, only releasing a redacted copy after Wikileaks dumped the Hillary Clinton emails in July 2016. The Mueller report went on to confirm that the two-year investigation was prompted by the Papadopoulos meeting with Downer, and the Steele dossier.
Furthermore, the released document by Australia reveals that the cable came from London and it was redacted because the information would damage Australia’s relationship with the U.S.
Downer’s public comment that he doesn’t “follow those issues” is either a lie, or evidence that he is confident in the intelligence apparatus around him to ensure it never comes to light. Either way, this is an enormous blight upon transparency and really amounts to an insurrection again the US.
What the Deep State didn’t envisage was that, WE SAW IT ALL. Hakluyt is still being given an authority and a jurisdiction equal to that of a powerful government. With all that is coming to light now, this must end. At its very core, this is #FISAGATE. The world’s intelligence apparatus has been weaponized.
This concludes my ‘dabble’ into Dibble. As the swamp drains, we will all begin to see the vast infrastructure that sits behind the transfer of false Intelligence all around the world, helped by the Main Stream Media who promote the lies and hide the truth. They will all give account - one day. Today seems to be the dawning of that new day.
